Which county taxes this address?
ZIP codes and mailing towns often cross county lines, so a mailing address doesn't always tell you who sends the tax bill. Type the street address and LevyDay finds the county, the town or township and the school district, then shows the dates on file for that county.
What the answer means
- County: almost everywhere this is the office that bills and collects the tax, and the one whose dates we list.
- Town or township, city: in New England, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania the town or the school district often sends its own bill. We don't hold dates for towns yet, so check that office as well.
- School district: its levy is usually part of the county bill. In a few states it bills on its own.
Addresses are matched by the US Census Geocoder, or by OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors) when the Census has no match. The address you type is kept only as a cached answer, with no name or account.
