LevyDay keeps as little as it can. This is all of it.
Address lookup. The address you type goes to the US Census Bureau's geocoder to find its county. When Census has no answer it goes to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim, and the county code to the FCC and the school district to NCES. LevyDay keeps the answer for up to 180 days, so the same address isn't looked up twice. It isn't linked to you.
My calendar. The counties you add are saved in your own browser, not on LevyDay.
Help with an appeal. When you send the form, LevyDay keeps your name, email, phone if you give one, the property's address and its assessed value. We look for an independent appeal firm or attorney to take your case, and share your details only with the one that agrees. They are never sold. The record is kept until you ask us to delete it, so the request can be followed up. A scrambled form of your IP address is kept with it, to stop repeat sends.
Email alerts. Your email, the properties you add and your reminder settings are kept to send your reminders. Every mail has a one-click unsubscribe.
