Connecticut property tax deadlines
4 sourced dates. 8 of 8 Connecticut counties have at least one.
Connecticut has no county government. Each of its 169 towns and cities sets, bills and collects its own property tax, and picks its own due dates under chapter 204 of the General Statutes. July 1 and January 1 are common. State law gives you one month after a due date to pay before it's late, and then interest runs back to the due date.
