Maryland property tax deadlines
5 sourced dates. 24 of 24 Maryland counties have at least one.
Maryland sets one calendar in state law (the Tax-Property Article) for state, county and town taxes. Bills are due July 1, and you can pay without interest through September 30. If you live in the home or own a small business property, you can split the bill into two halves. Your county (or Baltimore City) sends the bill, and the state assessment office sets your value every 3 years.
